The offering is for candidates to be sponsored 2 tiers A-levels and undergraduates in prestigious colleges and universities locally and overseas. This is subject to the scholastic performance of the student.

The Kuok Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships / Awards are open to needy Malaysian citizens applying for or currently pursuing a first degree full-time and on-campus at any one of the Malaysian and Singaporean public universities.
